Jade Kundalini Yoga

Why We're Great >

jade yoga.jpg

Location: Beggarwood Community Centre

Day; Tuesday 7.45pm-8.45pm

Kundalini Global is a new and transformative form of Kundalini Yoga which works with the stress system to help land you into presence. It is a spiritual practise which is informed by up to date physiological, psychological, anatomical, and neuroscientific theory.

Using breath work, posture and specific meditations, Kundalini Global places you into your parasympathetic system so that your body and mind can remove itself from stress to rest and recuperate. Something that is very needed in today’s none stop society.

As a Kundalini Global teacher, I will guide you on a supreme and seductive journey through your inner realms to find yourself and help you to be more elegant, accepting, and divine. The journey taken when practicing Kundalini Global is one of self-love and self-understanding. You begin to understand how your formative years have made you who you are and how you can change the aspects of yourself which debilitate you.

Kundalini Global invites you to come out of a transcendent relationship to the world and recognise that you can take responsibility for yourself.
Classes aim to familiarise you with your own strength, with your own potency, with your own ability to change how you feel.

Kundalini Global is open-minded and inclusive in its approach to posture, breath, music, mantra and, most importantly, to you. As a Kundalini Global teacher, I work to be inclusive in all aspects of how I approach teaching yoga, from what I say to how I dress to how I work with posture.

I teach Kundalini Global Yoga from a place of love, safety, and acceptance. My intention is to assist with containing anxiety, stress, and depression by creating a safe space for clients to practise within. I am familiar with the affects of anxiety and depression and how they can limit your life. Every class has a new focus on a specific affirmation to unravel the complexities of the self and be able to enjoy the simple things in life free from anguish and fear.

I have a passion for breath work and affirmation setting. The limitless abilities these gives us to change our perception and feeling of ourselves and the world around us is unimaginable.  Breath work is a specific focus within my classes. Manipulation of the breath can place you either in Heaven or Hell. When practicing with me, we will chose Heaven every time.

I hope that you can join me on a Heavenly journey through your realms to a place of self-love and joy
