We have several rooms available to hire at the Community Centre plus our purpose built Youth Wing. Hire of the Kitchen is included in all of our prices. You will be sharing the kitchen and toilet facilities with other parties taking place at the same time. We have recently had new flooring fitted in all the rooms, please ensure that you do not drag tables and chairs.
Both our Hall and Lounge will take Bouncy Castles. Our preferred supplier has a list of which castles can be hired for each room on their website https://www.bouncycastleshire.co.uk/category/local-halls/182/hatch-warren-community-centre#BodyContent
We do not allow roller discos or didi carts.

EVENING PARTY SLOT
Our Saturday evening party slot for both the main hall and the lounge is 6pm-midnight. Music has to be turned off at 11pm and all drinking of alcohol must also finish at this time. The party needs to be clean and cleared away by midnight when the caretaker will lock up the Centre. We offer a reduced hours evening slot on a Sunday - please call the office to discuss your requirements. A damage deposit is payable before the party and will be refunded after the event as long as all our terms and conditions are met.
We have a set policy for these parties which includes an interview between the party holder and their parents together with one of our Trustees and the Centre Manager. Please contact the office for more details.
We offer an excellent Wedding Package at the Community Centre. The whole building is hired out from 8am until Midnight. Please contact the Centre Office for full details and an appointment to view the facilities.

The main hall is suitable for Children's Parties, Weddings, Celebrations, Engagement and Anniversary Parties. We allow Bouncy Castles and have 74 stackable chairs and 22 Gopak tables (tables measure 680mm x 1820mm).
We also have 18 1m x 1m blocks that can be put together to make a stage.
The Lounge is to the right of the hall - a Mobile Bar can be set up in the kitchen for evening parties if you also book the Lounge space.
Our lovely newly extended lounge is a great size for smaller parties and comes with 13 Gopak Tables and 84 stack able chairs. This room looks out onto the field. You also have direct access to the kitchen via a hatch, which can be closed but please note all parties will share the kitchen space.
This is a great room to hire for smaller receptions. It can be hired with the main hall or independently.
The Lounge can be hired in addition to the Main Hall and is suitable for a buffet room. The Lounge serving hatch through to the kitchen makes it an ideal room for drinks and parties.
The room can also be used for younger children having craft or make-up parties.
This room is really suitable for meetings or very small parties. Several families have hired this room for their first children's birthday party. It is regularly used for meetings and has the benefit of cushioned arm-chairs.
The Youth Wing is a self-contained unit with its own kitchen and toilets.This is suitable for Teenage Disco's and smaller celebrations.We have 20 stackable chairs, a flip-chart and Gopak tables.
Bunnies Main Room
This is a great airy space for a meeting with a kitchenette and hot water boiler, overlooking the patio.
