Hall Hire at Hatch Warren Community Centre










We have several rooms available to hire at the Community Centre plus our purpose built Youth Wing. Hire of the Kitchen is included in all of our prices. You will be sharing the kitchen and toilet facilities with other parties taking place at the same time. We have recently had new flooring fitted in all the rooms, please ensure that you do not drag tables and chairs.

Please note there is a minimum 3 hour booking slot required for weekend bookings.

Before hiring our rooms please read our Terms & Conditions. Please note all bookings require a damage deposit to be paid.

Both our Hall and Lounge will take Bouncy Castles. Our preferred supplier has a list of which castles can be hired for each room on their website

We do not allow roller discos or didi carts.

Our Saturday evening party slot for both the main hall and the lounge is 6pm-midnight. Music has to be turned off at 11pm and all drinking of alcohol must also finish at this time. The party needs to be clean and cleared away by midnight when the caretaker will lock up the Centre. We offer a reduced hours evening slot on a Sunday - please call the office to discuss your requirements.  A damage deposit is payable before the party and will be refunded after the event as long as all our terms and conditions are met.


We have a set policy for these parties which includes an interview between the party holder and their parents together with one of our Trustees and the Centre Manager. Please contact the office for more details.


We offer an excellent Wedding Package at the Community Centre. The whole building is hired out from 8am until Midnight. Please contact the Centre Office for full details and an appointment to view the facilities.
