Fireworks Event Marshal
Help us keep the magic of the fireworks night safe and enjoyable for everyone. As a Fireworks Event Marshal, you'll be stationed along the perimeter to ensure that spectators stay behind the safety barriers and that no one enters restricted areas during the display. You’ll be equipped with a hi-vis vest, hard hat, and walkie-talkie to stay in contact with the team. It’s a vital safety role, perfect for calm, responsible individuals who want to play an important part in one of our biggest and most spectacular events of the year.

Fireworks Ticket Scanner
Be the welcoming face of our fireworks night! Working with our experience team, you will be using our QR Code scanner system to check tickets at the entrance. A great role for anyone who communicates well end enjoys being part of a well-organised team.

Warren Youth Club Volunteer
Be a friendly face and a positive influence at our buzzing youth club sessions. As a Warren Youth Club Volunteer, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming space for local young people to relax, have fun, and be themselves. Whether you're selling tuck, preparing hot food, playing a game of pool, getting creative in the craft corner, joining in with outdoor sports, or just having a chat – your presence makes a big difference.
It’s a brilliant role for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants to support the next generation in a relaxed and friendly setting. Full guidance and support provided—just bring your enthusiasm!
Link2 Volunteer
Make a real difference in the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and autism by becoming a Link2 Volunteer. You’ll be part of our friendly Monday evening club, helping to create a fun, supportive space where members can build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy social interaction.
Whether you’re selling tuck, preparing hot food, playing pool, getting involved in creative activities, joining in with outdoor sports, or simply having a friendly chat – your involvement helps members feel welcome, included, and empowered.
This role is ideal for patient, positive individuals who are keen to support others and be part of a warm, inclusive community. No specialist experience is needed—just kindness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get involved.
Christmas Market Bar Staff
Join our festive bar team and help serve warming hot chocolate, mulled wine, prosecco, and soft drinks to market-goers. This sociable role is perfect for anyone who enjoys being part of a lively event, spreading Christmas cheer, and keeping the drinks flowing on a chilly winter’s day!

Summer Festival Bar Staff
Serving cold beer, cider and wine at our ever-popular summer bar. It’s fast-paced, sociable, and great fun—especially if you enjoy working as part of a team. This role also involves setting up and stocking the bar, and helping with break-down at the end of the day.

Summer Festival Build-up and Breakdown Crew
Help us bring the Summer Festival to life! You’ll assist with setting up gazebos, moving tables and chairs, setting up signage, and helping get everything ready before the crowds arrive—and taking it all down at the end of the day.
This is another physical but rewarding role.
Coach Trip Co-ordinator
Help our community trips run smoothly as a Coach Trip Co-ordinator. This simple but vital role involves checking that all passengers are present before the coach departs and again before it returns, ensuring no one is left behind. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for attendees, sharing any trip-specific details such as timings, meeting points, or reminders. Perfect for someone organised, approachable, and happy to help everyone enjoy a stress-free day out.

Website assistant
Are you confident with websites and keen to help behind the scenes? As a Website Assistant, you’ll support us in keeping the Community Association website up to date and user-friendly. This could include uploading news stories, adding events, updating volunteer opportunities, and making sure key information is easy to find. It's a flexible role that you can do from home, and a great opportunity to use your digital skills to support a local charity and make a real difference in how we connect with the community.
Digital Marketing Assistant
Use your social media and email skills to help promote events, clubs, and community updates online. A flexible role that you can do from home or in the centre. You’ll need have a good working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram, and be confident using email marketing platforms (we use EmailOctopus) and tracking results.
Quiz Night Set-up Crew
Our quiz nights are legendary and the set-up crew are essential to making sure the night goes smoothly. Help stock the bar, set up the tables, chairs, prizes and sound system beforehand so everything’s ready to go. A great role for anyone that enjoys rolling their sleeves up and lifting and shifting.
